It Starts with the Onboarding Process
KISS (keep it simple, stupid) is practically our motto. We kept our ELD easy to work with and our prices easy to calculate. Getting started is just as simple.
Once you decide to work with Clutch, it’s as easy as registering online. Enter your company information, your fleet manager’s info, information for each truck, and then check out. Once complete, we send out your ELD hardware.
Hardware installation is as simple as plug and go. It takes less than 15 minutes per truck to set up.
Have your drivers download the Clutch ELD app to their phones. Our easy-to-follow instruction manuals walk you and them through each step of accessing the app. We show you how to pair your phone and truck, how to search for vehicles, and how to change duty status, among other things. All it takes is a few taps of the screen.
What If Something Goes Wrong?
Our platform is rock solid and super easy to use but, if you ever do need a hand, we’ll be there for you. We have a support module built right into the app that you can connect with 24/7. If there is a questions that chat cannot answer, the chat will ask for your email address so we can escalate your issue. Most issues can be resolved by the next business day.
